Amber
Amber is known for bringing spirituality to her yoga classes and has a way of putting people at ease, her vinyasa classes are both accessible and challenging.
She is a teacher in; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama, she also has practiced the philosophy and principles of yoga for many years.
In her classes you can develop, pranayama (correct breathing), alignment, core strength and fluid movements. You will discover how to bring awareness and connection back to your body and find more harmony from within.
Amber calls her method Multidimensional healing, she operates intuitively, psychically and with practical wellbeing skills, the aim is to meet you from where you are moment to moment and from there, bring you energetically into alignment, to your natural harmony. when this happens anything that is blocked or causes emotional or physical pain naturally drops away. She has worked with people who experience deep changes and she has acted as a guide for persons who are discovering their authentic spiritual path and meaning. Amber is also happy to work with spiritually alert children.
Ayurvedic Massage: warm herbal oils are applied, this is a therapeutic and relaxing massage that can be gentle of deep according to your preference, the focus is on the meridian lines and murmur points and is excellent for releasing tension.
