About the class
Beginner Hatha Yoga Class Time: Tuesdays 1- 2 pm
This class is for individuals with no or little prior familiarity with Yoga.
The practice will include Yoga asanas, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, and Yoga philosophy.
