Camila

 

Camila is the founder of Soul Barns and a qualified yoga teacher having completed 200hrs of Vinyasa/Ashtanga with Yoga London in 2020. Classes with Camila will be dynamic and fluid, with focus on breath linking to movement. Camila also gained a qualification in Pregnancy Yoga with ZenMuma in 2021.

 

Camila is a qualified hypnotherapist, gaining a diploma in 2022 with Chrysalis Courses. Focusing mainly on weight issues, anxiety and confidence.

 

Whilst pregnant in 2021, Camila obtained training in Hypnobirthing and qualified as a Hypnobirthing coach with ZenMuma in March 2021. Using the ‘SIMPLE Hypnobirthing Method’ which gives everything you need to feel empowered with a positive birthing experience through self-hypnosis, specific breathing and deep relaxation exercises.
