- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to session start time, to ensure that you have enough time to set-up your station and that you do not miss the warm-up! - Please wear indoor trainers for the session.
- Make sure you bring a water bottle, hydration is key!!
- Please also bring a yoga matt with you.
