Are you a mum or mum to be, who is finding it hard to adjust to your new role?

Do you perhaps live with a long term health condition which is negatively impacting your life? Whatever your struggles are, I am here to help.

As a Health Psychologist and CBT therapist accredited with the BABCP, BPS and HCPC - I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS supporting young people, and adults to overcome similar challenges. I can support you to overcome your anxiety, low mood, trauma, phobias, OCD and low self esteem to live the life you want and value.

Together we will work together to understand what is keeping you stuck. As a mum to two young boys - I personally understand the challenges life can bring. We will work together to ensure you move closer to the life you want and deserve. I bring a compassionate and supportive approach.
