We are delighted to welcome The Horse Box Sauna to The Soul Barns. They are running a pop up sauna event here at the farm on Friday 9th May from 8.30-10.30am. Start your weekend right by boosting your wellbeing with a bit of contrast therapy and experience the after glow of the endorphin release.
We can't wait to host them and we hope to make it a regular thing.
