Meet Sarah, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Pre & Post Natal Specialist who is dedicated to helping individuals prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing. With a background in Health and Fitness since 2015, Sarah not only delivers Mum and Baby Fitness classes and Personal Training Sessions but also serves as the Mum & Baby Development Officer for the Charity Sport in Mind.
As a mother of four, Sarah understands firsthand the challenges and pressures faced by Mums when it comes to self-care. She thrives on creating classes and sessions that challenge and empower her participants, leaving them feeling stronger and more confident.
When she's not working or caring for her family, Sarah indulges in her passion for running and continues to eagerly await her chance to secure a ballot place in The London Marathon, after six years of trying. Join Sarah on her journey to help others lead healthier, happier lives and achieve their fitness goals.
