My name is Kate and I am a newly qualified VTCT Reflexologist.
Reflexology can help with a wide range of health issues including anxiety, pain, stress and depression, enabling the body to rebalance and recover naturally.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people and supporting them on their wellbeing journey. Creating a calm, relaxing and safe environment for my clients is incredibly important to me, allowing them time to switch off from everyday pressures and focus on themselves.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing and understand how much stress and modern life can affect both the body and mind. Reflexology offers an opportunity to relax deeply, restore balance and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

I offer professional and caring treatments tailored to each individual’s needs, including home visits for those who may feel more comfortable receiving treatment in their own surroundings.

My goal is to help every client leave feeling calmer, lighter, refreshed and more balanced.
