Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right person to talk to really matters.
I see therapy as a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what’s been holding you back, and begin to move towards the version of yourself you most want to be—without feeling like you have to stay in therapy longer than necessary.
My aim as a therapist is to help you develop the tools, insight and confidence to create real, lasting change in your life, so you can feel strong, capable, and able to move forward independently.
I work in a flexible and tailored way, drawing on a range of approaches depending on what will support you best. These include Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Parts Integration and Hypnotherapy. Together, we can use these to process experiences, shift unhelpful patterns and move forward with greater clarity.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I offer a free introductory call. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether we’d be a good fit, what matters most is that you find someone you feel comfortable with.
I am a qualified therapist, accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
