Hi, I’m Candice - the founder of Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness.
I teach gentle, supportive yoga classes across West Berkshire, creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe and feel more at ease in themselves.
My approach to yoga is steady, grounding and non-competitive.
There’s no pressure to perform or get things “right”, just space to move, wobble, build strength and confidence over time, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and human – and maybe share a smile or even a quiet giggle along the way.
Like many people, I first came to yoga as a physical practice, but it quickly became something much deeper. I still remember leaving class one morning feeling lighter, calmer and more able to face the day ahead - and that feeling is what I now hope to offer others through my teaching.
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) and have completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, alongside specialist training in children’s yoga. My classes are suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone looking for a softer approach that is both gentle and quietly strengthening.
Through Bendy Bodies, my hope is simple: that every person who walks into class leaves feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived.
