Sue has been practicing and enjoying Yoga for many years and has experienced different styles of Yoga including Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga. From these experiences Sue has developed her own unique teaching style which will help you to achieve greater health, well being, flexibility and strength both physically and mentally.
Sue’s Classes are challenging yet accessible to all levels The main style is flowing Hatha and Sue’s flexible approach to her teaching allows her to accommodate the personal needs of her students. Sue is inspired everyday by observing her students achieving what they never thought was possible.
Sue has been teaching Yoga locally for Seven Years and is an experienced Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
