Meg specialises in teaching her own mum and baby yoga course - Indigo Warrior Babies.  Inspired by the birth of her daughter, the mission of Indigo Warrior Babies is to breathe, bounce, bond with your baby. 


Yoga has been part of Meg's life for over 15 years, starting her practice in Glasgow to compliment her training for the Edinburgh Marathon. She continues to run, alongside cycling and dancing, and uses yoga to maintain her fitness level and minimise injury.


She trained in 200-hour Vinyasa yoga during lockdown, and is a certified teacher with The Yoga Alliance.


With experience in vinyasa, hot yoga, yogalates, power yoga and meditation, Meg combines lots of different styles and techniques to ensure mums get a balanced exercise class.  Special time is set aside for baby songs and baby yoga moves.


Her two favourite sounds are the lapping of the waves against the ocean shore, and the shuffling of her yoga mat most mornings.
