Vanessa

Vanessa is a qualified Personal Trainer with 7 years’ experience, specialising in Kettlebells and TRX training running a Personal Training business, Vanessapt.com. 

 

Vanessa is a triathlete in her spare time, having represented GB in her Age Group in Australia at the World Championships and Munich at the European Championships.  She loves working in the fitness industry, especially in the local community, sharing her knowledge and experience so others can stay fit and healthy.  At weekends, Vanessa is often out on her bike in the search of the best cake shops.
