Come and join me on a relaxing 60 minutes Sound healing followed by 30 minutes Spiritual healing.

You will find yourself bathed in the glow of candles and listening to soothing vibrational sounds as well as receiving Reiki for healing, mindfulness and meditation. 

🌿🕊A soundbath is a form of meditation that utilises sound to help our brain waves slow down. Soundbath gives us an opportunity to begin to slow down the mental chatter and drop into a deeper state of conscious place, where we can begin to let the nervous system go from "fight or flight" into "rest and digest."We can let the body self heal. 

🌷We can let the mind slow down and reduce stress and anxiety.
