How would you like some time just for your Self to rest and come back to centre? To receive, rejuvenate and revitalise? To gather with a group of likeminded souls all here for the same reason, to be nourished on whatever level you need, be it physical, emotional, energetic, mental or spiritual.
While Alison weaves vocals with the gong, crystal bowls, shruti and various percussion instruments, Cinthia will provide optional hands-on Spiritual Healing. Together they will create a safe and nurturing environment for you to relax.
