Sound Bath, Cacao & Yin Yoga Workshop

Join us for this two-hour workshop that combines the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the resonance of crystal singing bowls, and other musical instruments designed to soothe your mind, body, and soul.

We will start this session together with a guided meditation and a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart. We then delve into a series of gentle poses designed to release tension and stimulate the body's energy flow whilst being enveloped in a soundscape of pure serenity as our skilled sound healer Hazel orchestrates a symphony of vibrations using exquisite crystal singing bowls.

Each bowl is meticulously chosen for its unique frequency, which resonates with different energy centers (chakras) within your body. As you recline in comfort, the harmonious tones and gentle vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash over you, inducing a state of deep relaxation, inner peace, and profound healing.
