Come and join me on this magical soul healing 1 hour Soundbath, where your soul can deep relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful blessed space. 🌷🌿🎼A soundbath is a form of meditation that utilises sound to help our brain waves slow down. 

Soundbath gives us an opportunity to begin to slow down the mental chatter and drop into a deeper state of conscious place, where we can begin to let the nervous system go from "fight or flight" into "rest and digest."We can let the body self heal. 

🌷We can let the mind slow down and reduce stress and anxiety.
