About the class
In this 5-week pregnancy yoga course, you can expect a supportive and nurturing environment designed to help you connect with your body, your breath, and your growing baby. Each week, we will focus on building strength, flexibility, and pelvic floor awareness while also preparing for the journey of labor. The classes will offer relaxing flows that emphasize gentle movement, breathwork, and poses that support both physical and emotional well-being.
As you progress through the course, you’ll learn poses that open the hips, strengthen the legs, and engage the pelvic floor, which can aid in labor and delivery.
You will also practice breathing techniques that help you stay calm, centered, and present, especially in preparation for birth.
Additionally, the course offers an opportunity to bond with other expectant mothers, share experiences, and create a sense of community.
