About the class
During the hour long class we will start with a warm-up phase, progress to the main exercises and then finish with a closing, stretching phase. All Pilates exercises work on developing a stronger core (tummy muscles) and can be ‘progressed’ to make them more challenging for those who are fitter, but also ‘adapted’ to be easier for those who are new to fitness and/or exercising or need to progress slowly.
They will make you feel good about yourself and energised, enhance your posture, mobility and confidence and help in developing a healthy lifestyle.

Group lessons cost £10 each when booked in blocks of 6 (£60), with the first lesson at half price.
Lessons must be paid for in advance and the cost will be forfeited if less than 24 hours’ notice is given of non attendance. 1:2:1 lessons can be provided upon request.
You will need to complete a simple PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire) form ideally before your first session so that I am aware of any particular physical issues that you may have.
When attending a class please bring your own mat with you if you have one. If not, I can lend or sell you one, and wear clothing that you can move easily in - but not so loose that I can’t see your body position.
A small towel that you can roll up would also be useful.
