If you book a block it gives you an opportunity to see your improvements over time and learn the principles of Pilates from the first class.
A class suitable for all levels with a strong focus on lateral breathing, core activation, controlled movements and finding some flow & relaxation. There will be a little infusion of yoga at times within the practice.
Pilates is beneficial for improving core strength, enhancing flexibility and balance, increasing body awareness, and promoting overall well-being, all while being a low-impact exercise suitable for various fitness levels.
