About the class
Join Sam on her babyled, 5 week baby yoga course designed for babies 8 weeks to 1 year. We focus on learning simple stretches, songs, sensory play and massage to aid babies development, as well as creating a supportive space to meet other parents. refreshments and cake served after each session.
