Claira received her Level 3 Diploma in Womb & Fertility Massage with teacher Clair Spink, we’re she learnt also to work with the Rebozo, deep layers of Womb health & fertility for women.
The massages are a blend of pulsing, trigger point therapy, acupressure, reflexology & rebozo, energy work, visualisation & abdominal-sacral massage if working with the Womb area in particular.
Womb massage’s in particular, as well as relaxing, are a non-invasive, gentle & yet deep massage covering the upper & lower abdomen and digestive area, from the diaphragm to just above the pubic bone and the upper & lower back and glutes.
In addition, the gentle pressure, pulsing, stretching & wrapping of the rebozo & body together can help to release tension and stress, while also promoting improved circulation & lymphatic drainage, expand further…
