Mantra meditation & sound bath

Join The Berkshire Sound Therapists, Alison and Monica, for the second monthly Mantra Meditation and Sound Bath.

We will begin singing in circle, a selection of specially chosen mantras accompanied by instruments. We will have percussion in the centre for you to use if you so wish. 

We encourage you to use the space to allow deeper connection to yourself. Whether that be picking up a rattle and shaking along and/or singing or just absorbing the vibrations, all is welcome 🙏 

After the singing, we will move into a soothing sound bath using different instruments . This will be a chance to integrate the vibrations from the song and move deeper into relaxation and healing.
