Kriya Yoga connects mind, body, and breath to create balance and clarity, allowing the body to rest at a deep cellular level. The 75-minute ‘journeys’ are very similar for several weeks, giving you the chance to know what’s ahead and deepen your practice. All journeys have a theme and are experienced with beautiful music through the amazing sonos sound system at Soul Barns.
This integrated practice can help with numerous health issues as it begins to energise and regenerate the cells free from harmful disease and improved spinal flexibility from working from inside using your own breath.
