Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to play a gong?

This immersive one-day workshop is an invitation to explore the world of gong sound through curiosity and deep listening.

Designed for complete beginners, the Gong Discovery Day offers a welcoming introduction to these extraordinary instruments. 

All instruments will be provided for you to use. A sound bath will be given on the day, so please wear comfortable clothing suitable for laying down on the floor.

No previous musical experience is needed, just an openness to explore.
