About the class
This class is a blend of hatha yoga and yin poses put together in a sequence designed to slow you down, opening your body through passive stretching.
You will be guided to slow down and connect to your emotional, mental, and physical body. Each class with include a short guided breathwork/meditation practice. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the postures & basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
*These classes are designed for mixed-level participants - All Levels Welcome
