About the class
What is an Ecstatic Sound and Movement Journey? A guided movement journey to a playlist with occasional vocals and a mini sound bath to end.
After an opening cacao ceremony to set intentions, we’ll begin our journey together with a short warm up.
The invitation is to disconnect the mind and connect with the body freely, without self-judgement or fearing judgement from others.
Movement is conscious, intuitive and spontaneous as you allow the vibrations of the sound to resonate in whichever way feels right for you. This is a great way to start the day!
