1.  Isla Verde Spa Relaxation Massage/or with hot stones—- 40/60/90min Half or full body Treatments. This is a beautiful relaxing massage with soothing strokes that allows my client to totally relax using essential oils and lavender eye pillows for that deeper relaxation. I use different massage strokes and techniques ,such as tapping or cupping the body, helps release negative energy ,increases blood flow and can help with anxiety and so much more… Before any of my treatments starts l like to have a talk with my client about any health history or any problems they might be experiencing, l would then proceed to tell them about the treatment they are about to have whilst make sure my client feels comfortable and at ease. Once my client is comfortable on the bed l like to start off with some easy breathing to help my client to relax deeper into the couch being aware of any tension held in the body allowing them to let go and relax, and just enjoy this beautiful spa treatment… 

I offer; Full body - back,legs,feet,arms,hands,neck and small head massage. Isla verde Hot Stone Massage - This is the same as my relaxation massage but with  Hot Basalt stones with there true healing properties and heat feels amazing on the skin,allowing the body totally relax with the warmth of the stones and smells of my essential oils just feel divine, providing relaxation and relief from tension. I use the same massage technique as my relaxation massage and the same strokes ,helping to relieve stress ,anxiety and muscle tension,increase metabolism ,increase circulation ,it’s healing properties,feel rejuvenated ,warmth and also been none to aid sleep. There are just so many benefits or just because it feels Good… 3. Reflexology Hands & Feet —  30/40min My Reflexology is a great relaxation but also great for healing via the meridians the energy pathways. A very nurturing experience helps with all kinds of symptoms such as; IBS Circulation Reducing stress Pain Restoring natural balance Nerve stimulation Blood flow Migraine relief Asthma Cancer Fatigue Also by adding some pressure to your big toe and ankle to calm your endocrine and reproductive system by helping to relieve PMS or menopause symptom’s. What are meridians? Meridian are the energy lines which allow for the flow of energy which is known as ‘Qi’ Pronounced “chee” The light force to circulate throughout the entire body. These meridians can get blocked which can cause the body not to function properly so by unblocking this negative energy via reflexology it wil help to re-balance the natural flow of energy and re-harmonies the body making you feel much better.

This is done by applying a small amount of pressure on different parts of the foot or hand, l start by massaging feet and ankles, l then do some small ankle circles to relax the ankle and foot before l started on the reflex points. l then start the reflexology following the reflex points on the feet starting from the toes working my way down the feet, l add some lovely breathing techniques of mine which l like to add in some of my treatments as l find it’s a great way in helping my clients relax and enjoy there treatments and totally switch off whilst having reflexology on the feet or hands. 4. Reiki Energy healing— 30/60min Reiki is a beautiful form of energy healing I like to call this the love & light energy. Reiki is a alternative holistic healing method it is both a spiritual and energy healing practice originating in Japan from its founder Mikao Usui. Reiki can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each clients natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Reiki can help by pushing away pain, anxiety and any negative emotions that constantly hangover you. Having Reiki treatment therapy can be an hands on or off treatment depending on each individual client. Treatments can be either sitting comfortably in a chair or on a massage couch fully clothed with or without a blanket making sure that my client is really comfortable, relaxed and at ease treatments can be as little as 30mins to 60mins depending on each persons preference. Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique whereby you channel the glorious universal life force energy through myself into somebody else, this can be done with or without physical touch. At the end of your Reiki treatment you may feel a little tired but overall should be feeling totally relaxed, calm and at ease and a little more in tuned with your mind body and spirit by just having a wonderful reiki experience me… I also like to add crystals to my reiki sessions to promote happiness and positive energy ,l use sage to cleanse my environment of any negative vibes before all treatments to allow good energy to flow with ease plus it smells good… I like to play soothing music in all my treatments as I find this very relaxing for me and my client. 5. Indian Head Massge——

30/40 mins My Indian head massage is very therapeutic and relaxing this is an Ayurvedic Massage which is the upper back, arms, head and neck are massaged with or without the use of oils using a range of massage techniques. This kind of massage is great if you suffer from headaches, migraines and fatigue as this can help to stretch out the tissues improve on your overall wellbeing. The immunes system gets an incredible boost from an Indian head massage. I find the Head massage an all-round balance therapy which helps bring oxygen and nutrients to the cells, increases blood flow to the lymphatic system, decreases the heart rate and lowers the blood pressure, aids sleep and reduces stress and anxiety..
