This is a beautiful relaxing massage with soothing strokes that allows my client to totally relax using essential oils and lavender eye pillows for that deeper relaxation. I use different massage strokes and techniques ,such as tapping or cupping the body, helps release negative energy ,increases blood flow and can help with anxiety and so much more… Before any of my treatments starts l like to have a talk with my client about any health history or any problems they might be experiencing, l would then proceed to tell them about the treatment they are about to have whilst make sure my client feels comfortable and at ease.
