Cacao Ceremony – Rejection, Abandonment & the Stories We Tell Ourselves

A nourishing evening of ceremony, reflection and healing. Together we'll explore how experiences of rejection and abandonment shape the stories we carry, and gently begin to release them through ceremonial cacao, sharing, breathwork, meditation, journaling and guided practices. Please bring comfortable clothing, water and your journal if you have one.
