About the class
Our sessions create relaxing and energising spaces offering you time and space to explore what wellbeing means to you through Qigong and self-care activities.
We start with Qigong exercises that involve gentle movements and breathing which prepare the body and conscious mind to be at ease, helping you then to explore the self-care activities to nurture personal growth and contentment.
We acknowledge barriers that get in our way and provide an opportunity to think, talk and share.
Our aim is to help you expand your horizons both physically and mentally and leave feeling more inspired, and equipped with a toolkit to take back into your daily life.
Clare and Linda both have a deep background in science and all our work is backed by evidence from scientific studies that show the positive impact these activities can have on us.
£25 per person and discount applies if booking 3 sessions or more.
